RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and will handle every issue or refund on a case by case basis in order to make our customer completely satisfied.
Any discrepancies with the purchased item must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the package. Failure to report discrepancies within 72 hours of receiving the package may result in a non-corrective action.
If the customer is unsatisfied and would like to return the item for a refund the refund must first be approved by Board Men Cornhole on a case by case basis, the item must then be shipped back within 3 business days of having received the item. The customer is responsible for ALL shipping costs to return, as well as a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price. A refund will be processed as soon as we receive the item if approved. In the case of damage due to shipping, see below.* Refunds may take up to 15 days if approved by Board Men Cornhole.
There are no order cancelations and no orders will begin until full payment has been received and cleared, see below**.
For all custom orders, a proof must have been approved by the customer before purchase (please see proof policy below). By approving the proof the customer agrees that all things pertaining to their custom order—including, but not limited to: design, color, upgrades, bag colors, etc.—are exactly as they want. So, there are no refunds for custom orders. In the case of damage due to shipping, see below.*
*Any damage due to shipping must be reported within 2-3 days of shipment being received in order to properly file claim with the shipping company.
**NO ORDER CANCELATIONS. ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED A CUSTOMER CANNOT CANCEL AN ORDER. IT MUST QUALIFY FOR A REFUND ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS ONLY. ANY ORDER THAT QUALIFIES FOR A REFUND WILL INCUR A 15% RESTOCKING FEE. THE CUSTOMER IS RELIABLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS FOR ANY RETURNED PRODUCT.
BAG ACCEPT POLICY:
I understand that all bag orders are also made to order and typically ship out in a minimum of 14 days starting on the following business day from your order. In busy times, orders can take an additional 2-3 weeks beyond the 14 days due to the heavier volume of customer orders. Full custom designed bag orders will go into production after the approval has given on a design proof. Many times prior to large national events we receive many more orders, therefore, resulting in longer production times.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR BAG ORDERS THAT ARE DELIVERED TO BEFORE OR AFTER 14 DAYS.
SHIPPING POLICY
It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct SHIPPING address when checking out, as this will be the address we will ship our products. The ship to address MUST be provided in the SHIP TO section when checking out. Any address provided in the notes will not be used unless written confirmation has been acknowledged. Address changes that occur after checkout must be provided in writing thru email or phone call and a written confirmation of the change will then be provided.
Any package redirect charges incurred after the package has left our facility will be the responsibility of the customer.
PROOF POLICY
**Upon receipt of a mock up proof from Board Men Cornhole, please be sure to double check the following:
• Spelling of First & Last Names
• Dates
• Colors, must be specific. Simply stating red is not good enough. You can supply a CMYK or PMS code to help us get you the proper color.
• Logos
• Overall Layout of Design
Please note that it is the client’s responsibility to fully check the proof for any errors, misspellings, etc. Board Men Cornhole, LLC is unable to accept responsibility for any errors after a file has been approved for production.
**Please be considerate of design turnaround times and of any proof change requests. These can take a significant time investment. After the initial proof has been submitted, we allow for 2 following changes to first proof. Any additional proof changes or design changes will require a $20 design fee. Once a design is agreed upon and has been approved by the customer the order will then go into the production queue. All orders, custom or stock, are made to order. Custom orders may take longer.
COLOR MATCHING
Due to color variations between screens, there may be a slight difference in the digital proofs and final built products. If you have specific colors in mind, a Pantone color number, CMYK print value, paint chip, or fabric sample (snail mailed to us) will help us make the best color choice decisions.
The copyright of all designs and verbiage remains the property of Board Men Cornhole. It is a copyright infringement to copy in full or part any of our designs or verbiage. It is the client’s responsibility to gain copyright permission for printed reproduction of any material, logos, designs, wording, that are submitted by client and used in the design.
